Opcon founded by Bill Lawrence with four employees provided recycled hydraulic oils to the mining industry
1984
First on-site turnkey service recycling rolling oils with Alcoa (now Kaiser) that is a current customer with a process that recycles 14.4 million gallons anually. Reprocessed rolling oil for the aluminum industry continues to be CRS's largest vertical with 12 global installations.
1993
Cooperative Marketing Agreement with Castrol Industrial
1994

Launched successful mobile recycling program with three units capable of both dehydration, filtration and distillation
1996

Castrol Industrial Acquires Opcon and changes name to Castrol Reprocessing Services ("CRS")
2001

First on-site turnkey slurry recycling global service with Siemens Solar
2002

BP Acquires Castrol Industrial
2004

First European on-site turnkey slurry recycling service
2008

Management Buyout of CRS and name change to CRS Reprocessing Services
2009
Expansion into Asia for slurry recycling establishing CRS as the largest on-site global recycling service 11 installations

CRS purchased by New Investor group to grow new verticals in sustainability
